Terms of Service (EasyBridge / Northside Pet Wash)

These Terms of Service apply to EasyBridge and its operated services, including Northside Pet Wash.

By booking a service with Northside Pet Wash through EasyBridge, you agree to the following terms:

Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled session. Sessions begin and end at the reserved times. Late arrivals do not extend the session but may purchase additional time if available.

Access to the facility is granted through a temporary access code provided via SMS. This code is valid only during the scheduled session and for a limited time after for safe exit.

All equipment is automatically controlled and will turn on and off based on the scheduled session time. Customers agree to use equipment safely and responsibly.

Payments are processed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for session extensions. All sales are final unless otherwise determined by management.

Customers may receive SMS messages from Northside Pet Wash related to their booking, including confirmations, access codes, session reminders, extension offers, and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or get assistance by replying HELP.

Northside Pet Wash and EasyBridge are not responsible for misuse of equipment, unattended animals, or failure to follow posted instructions.
