SMS Communications & Consent
EasyBridge LLC, doing business as Northside Pet Wash (“we,” “us,” “our”), uses SMS text messaging to communicate transactional information related to your pet wash booking. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect SMS-related data.
What information we collect for SMS: - Your mobile phone number (collected during booking on book.easybridge.ai) - Your express consent to receive SMS, captured via a checkbox at the time of booking - A timestamp of when consent was given - A record of SMS messages sent to you and their delivery status
How we use your SMS data: - Send booking confirmations, access codes, session start/end notifications, paid extension offers, and completion alerts - Verify identity and prevent fraud related to your bookings - Maintain a record of consent in case of regulatory inquiry.
Sharing of SMS opt-in data:
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
SMS opt-in data and the contents of SMS messages are processed only by EasyBridge LLC d/b/a Northside Pet Wash and its essential service providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery), and only for the purpose of operating the booking system you opted into.
Other information sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information. Aggregate, non-identifying data may be used internally to improve the service. Information may be disclosed to law enforcement only when required by valid legal process.
Opting out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS unless you opt in again. To get help, reply HELP to any message; you may also contact us at (937) 468-5259.
Message frequency: You will typically receive 4–6 SMS messages per booking (booking confirmation, access code, session-active notification, optional extension offer, and session-complete notification). If you do not arrive on time, you may receive an additional late-arrival reminder.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. We do not charge separately for SMS.
Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Retention: SMS records (number, consent timestamp, messages sent) are retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus 4 years, or longer if required by law.
